Well, we’re not sure what happened, but the summer seems to have flown by in a very warm blur!

For some, September is tinged with the sadness of summer being over, but for others, the seasonal change is a time to embrace all things new.

We all love a crisp, autumn walk through the crunchy leaves, its good for our minds and bodies, but cold, windy weather isn’t so great for your skin. With that in mind, here are SBC’s top beauty & wellness tips to help you transition from summer to autumn with ease…

  1. Hydrate your face with hyaluronic acid

Hyaluronic Acid is now in almost all top anti-ageing skincare formulas, as it is the ultimate hydrating ingredient.
